Terms of Service

By creating an event, signing up, or buying a paid upgrade on uBringIt, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

uBringIt is a free tool that lets organizers create a single sign-up link for potlucks, cookouts, church dinners, school events, and team gatherings. Guests can claim items to bring through that link. Optional paid upgrades unlock event photo albums, AI-assisted planning, and organizer tools.

• You are responsible for the content of any event you create and any list items you assign.
• You confirm you have permission to invite the guests you invite, and to share their contact through your own channels.
• You agree not to use uBringIt to host illegal events or to collect data deceptively.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content, including in photos.
• Use uBringIt to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service without written permission.

We may suspend or remove events that violate these rules.

Paid features are listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, paid upgrades are one-time purchases tied to your account or to a specific event.

If a paid feature didn't work for you, email admin@ubringit.net within 14 days of purchase. We review refund requests case by case and generally approve them when the feature failed or wasn't used.

You keep ownership of any event content, photos, and notes you submit. You grant uBringIt a limited license to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service and show it to people you invite. You can delete your content at any time.

uBringIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered. Use it as a helpful coordination tool, not as a critical messaging system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uBringIt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount greater than what you paid us in the prior 12 months (which for most users is $0).

You may stop using uBringIt at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email to organizers. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
